Customers who depend on Bale King machinery know what they want. Some prefer the simplicity of the roller style processor while others prefer the easy-feeding chain style. With the introduction of the 5300 3 Bale processor, we received more customer requests for a chain style processor with 3 bale capacity. Now, we are proud to introduce the new Bale King 7400 Chain style bale processor.

The 7400 is built with typical bale King ruggedness. It is built heavy in every respect including a twin tube main frame, gearbox drive, X-rotor, heavy chains and slats, and flotation tires. The chain and slat design provides exceptional grip for turning the bale which results in simple operation, consistent feeding, and fast throughput. And of course, the X-rotor combined with the wide rotor access door makes twine removal a breeze.

Bale King processors help simplify your operation and work to get more out of your feed supply. Processed bales take less energy to digest while windrowing gives every cow equal access. Bale King processors are also the tool of choice for bedding straw. Owners report as much as 3X the coverage per bale compared to rolling straw out.

Standard

• The X-Rotor is powered by a robust, 1000 rpm driveline.

• An 80 degree Cat.6 constant velocity PTO shaft with shear bolt protection gives extra maneuverability in tight quarters.

• Twin bevel gearboxes transfer power to the rotor. These gearboxes are heavy! Over 80lbs each! The large size supports more horsepower while holding more oil for improved lubrication and cooling in adverse conditions.

• No belts or chains to maintain!

• The 7400’s chain and slat feeding system provides positive grip for smooth bale rotation. The triple 2080 chain conveyor is direct-driven by a strong hydraulic motor. Solid drive shafts keep all sprockets in line for consistent chain tension.

• Aggressive, full length slats sweep the entire tub floor for complete coverage and cleanout. The wide conveyor deck will accommodate 6ft diameter bales with room to spare.

• 1/2" thick UHMW wear strips provide long wear and quick replacement. For simple maintenance, the chain tighteners are out in the open and easily accessible. A hinged cleanout door allows quick removal of debris in the conveyor track.
