Drum designed to handle a variety of materialsThe shredding drum is fitted with 14 knives standard on the BC1200 and BC1300 PRO, but will accept a total of 42 knives according to material type. A unique angled knive design, passing the ‘comb’ on alternate sides provides even feed to the flywheel, reduces blockages and helps decrease cleanout needs.

260 degree 4-stage swivel chuteThe 4-stage swivel chute offers joystick comfort control and is a cost saving solution reducing waste. Depending on the material and conditions of the barn it can blow bedding up to 65’ (20m). The 4-stage movement also optimises feeding performance in flat or high troughs, without blockage.

Tailgate and floor chain remote controlBoth the tailgate and floor conveyor can be operated at a safe distance from moving parts using the side-mounted remote control. There is no need to enter the tractor to use the side-control terminal. (PRO models only)

Heavy-duty Floor conveyorFloor conveyors are a hydraulically driven chain and slat design with variable speed and reversing ability. The ratio between floor conveyor and shredding drum speed is carefully designed to ensure smooth material flow.
